A popular gall bladder cleanse consists of drinking olive oil and grapefruit or lemon juice to dislodge gallstones, causing them to travel to the colon for elimination. I have personally used this method and shared it with many people who have successfully done such a cleansing. Although it is somewhat uncomfortable, the results are well worth the effort. (See Liver Cleanse)

A typical gall bladder cleanse is accompanied by lime green pellets. I have seen them range in size from 2 inches long; many being the size of a rabbit pellet or pea out of your garden, down to the size of a small Beebe or smaller coming out in the stool. They are soft and waxy in nature and are made up of mostly cholesterol and bile. They float on top of the water because of their high content of fats and a good gall bladder cleanse can produce up to 6,000 gallstones.

Gallstones inhibit normal function of the liver and gall bladder and if not removed can result in a surgical removal of the gall bladder. Contrary to popular opinion, the gall bladder is not a “spare” part. It plays a very important role in keeping the body alkaline and when the gall bladder is removed, extra measures must be taken to keep the body alkaline.

Cleansing the gallbladder periodically could prevent a lot of gall bladder operations.

Pure Silver Concentrate can also destroy the bacteria and viruses that can harm the gall bladder and liver. By restoring proper liver function, all systems of the body are benefited, and overall wellness is increased. For these results, take 1-2 droppers of Pure Silver Concentrate 3x daily for 8-14 days.

ShopFreeMart Hydration Drops, Pure Copper Concentrate, Pure Mag Concentrate and Siaga support healthy liver and gall bladder function. Omega fats 3, 6 and 9 from sources like flax seed oil and hemp oil are also important for maintaining a healthy gall bladder.
