Tuberculosis

Tuberculosis is a common and often deadly infectious disease caused by mycobacterium. Colloidal Silver has been used to destroy tuberculosis in laboratory studies.

On day one, take 1 dropper of ShopFreeMart PureSilver ever hour for 9 hours. Starting on day two, take 1-2 droppers of ShopFreeMart PureSilver under the tongue 3x daily until the infection is gone.

And by mixing one dropper of ShopFreeMart PureSilver with 1-2 TBs. of distilled water in a nebulizer, you can inhale silver and water vapor for 15-30 minutes 2-4 times daily, which will affect the tuberculosis in both the lungs and the bloodstream.

Tuberculosis is not easy to beat, but persistence will pay off. This dosage of PureSilver may need to be followed for weeks or months. You should see benefits after the first dose and each repeated use.

Toothpaste

Is toothpaste safe?

Most toothpastes today contain Sodium Fluoride; in fact it is sometimes difficult to find one that does not.

For many years, aluminum companies piled huge mountains of this toxic waste around the aluminum plants. The fluoride began seeping into the ground water and was killing farm crops and animals within a 15-mile radius around the manufacturing plants.

When it was proven that fluoride dumps were the problem, government regulators stepped in and forced these companies to find a safe method of storing this toxic waste.

This was a costly endeavor, so the companies put their scientists to work to find a “profitable” method of getting rid of the fluoride.

They successfully put a spin on an important, naturally occuring mineral called Fluorine, which is necessary for strong bones and teeth. After all, fluorine and fluoride sound quite a bit the same.

So they pulled a “bait and switch” on the public by hiring doctors to write reports saying that “fluoride” does the same thing as fluorine in small amounts.

They began selling this poison to toothpaste manufacturers, dentists and water districts. Now instead of paying a lot of money to store this material in drums, they created another stream of income by selling us poison to strengthen our teeth.

Fluoride actually unravels the genes in the bones and teeth and makes them weaker and more brittle. Fluoride affects the brain and makes people lethargic. It slows down the mental processes and can lead to symptoms of Alzheimer’s. It also causes thyroid diseases just to name a few.

Industries not only made millions from selling this environmental pollutant to water companies and toothpaste companies, but more importantly, it saved them billions of dollars that would have been required to clean up this environmental pollutant.

Another common poison in toothpaste is Sodium Lauryl Sulfate.

In one study, 10 people with recurrent canker sores were given two different toothpastes to use, for three months each. One contained 1.2 percent sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) and the other was SLS-free. Otherwise, the toothpastes were identical. When researchers compared participants in the study, they found that the group using the SLS-free paste had 64 percent fewer canker sores than the other group.

The problem again is, virtually all of the popular brands of toothpaste contain SLS.

Triclosan is another killer chemical that is found in toothpaste. Triclosan is so dangerous that it is measured in parts per trillion. One drop of triclosan in 30 olympic sized smimming pools would be one part per trillion.

I was looking on the label of a colgate toothpaste the other day in the grocery store and it showed .03% triclosan. That’s 3/100ths not 3/1,000,000,000,000ths. That’s enough to kill a horse and it is certainly not something that I would want to be putting in my mouth.

Another invisible, but potential danger in toothpaste is aluminum. Aluminum is not considered an active ingredient, but according to some reliable sources, as much as 95% of the filler found in most toothpaste is aluminum oxide. This is a white powder that is mildly abrasive and is the perfect base for making toothpaste.

Could Alzheimer’s be due in part to brushing with toothpaste? It seems plausible if not probable to a number of health experts.

Gerard F. Judd, Ph.D., Chemist, Researcher for 18 years and Professor of Chemistry for 33 yrs explains how brushing teeth with toothpaste takes 27 rinses to rinse off from teeth.

What is the alternative?

Dr. Norm Shealy, respected world-wide for his innovative and successful rehabilitation approach in over 30,000 dental patients, has long prescribed brushing teeth with soap, rather than toothpaste.

Personally, I have started using the NVRO Shave and Shower Gel. It only takes one drop and it leaves my mouth feeling squeaky clean.

NVRO 360 is naturally antbiotic and will kill about 99% of the bacteria in your mouth, so it is probably a hundred times better at preventing tooth decay than any toothpaste you could possibly use because bacteria is what causes tooth decay.

It is also much cheaper to use and if you want some flavor, you could just put some NVRO 360 in a small empty squeeze bottle and add a couple of drops of peppermint oil to give it some flavor.

NVRO 360 is unscented, so it really doesn’t taste bad the way it is, but some people prefer a little flavoring and NVRO 360 is totally safe in case your children happen to swallow some, it will not hurt them.

Combine this protocol with Oil Swishing and you may have the perfect combination for healthy teeth and gums that will save you a fortune in dental bills in the end.

Tonsillitis

Tonsillitis is the inflammation of the tonsils. Bacteria almost always cause, but may also be the result of a virus. it and once it begins, the tonsils are often removed. This is unfortunate because they are a key organ in the immune system.

To kill the bacteria that cause pus, swollen tonsils, and red spots in the back of your throat, rinse your mouth with 1-2 droppers of PureSilver added to 1/2 oz. of pure water. Try to hold in place for 6 minutes. Allow a small amount of the solution to trickle down the back of your throat and swallow every 30 seconds. Swallow the remainder when you’re done.

You can also add 3 droppers of PureSilver for each ounce of purified water that you put into a nasal-sprayer bottle and spray this mixture into the nose as often as is needed for sore throat, congestion, or postnasal drip. Sinuses and throat need to be treated simultaneously so one does not infect the other.

Tongue

The tongue can suffer from a number of maladies, including canker sores and bacterial and viral infections. Whatever the cause of the problem, you should rinse with one 1-2 droppers of ShopFreeMart PureSilver added to 1 oz. of pure water for six minutes twice daily.

If you have a white pasty substance on your tongue, it’s likely a yeast infection. You may want to brush your tongue with PureSilver in addition to the rinse.

Toenail Fungus

When Pure Silver comes in contact with toenail fungus, it will kill it within minutes. The problem is getting underneath the nail. If possible, get through the nail and clear out as much fungus as possible with a blunt instrument. Tape a cotton ball soaked in ShopFreeMart PureSilver over the affected toenails before going to bed.

If you can’t get the PureSilver through the nail, file down the top layer of the nail until it becomes water-soluble. This will allow the silver to reach the fungus and kill it. It will take several months for the nail to grow out completely.

Tinnitus

Tinnitus is a medical term for ringing in the ears. Some causes of tinnitus are believed to be ear infection, growth in the ear, thyroid malfunction, diabetes, allergies, high blood pressure and artery disease.

There are many factors that may lead to tinnitus, but primarily acid and lack of minerals. There are three tiny bones in the ear, most commonly known as the hammeranvil, and stirrup. These are the smallest bones in the body and since acid in the body gradually dissolves bone, hearing can be affected by being too acidic.

These three tiny bones together are called the ossicles. The movement of the ossicles may be stiffened by two muscles. The stapedius muscle, the smallest skeletal muscle in the body, connects to the stapes and is controlled by the facial nerve; the tensor tympani muscle connects to the base of the malleus and is under the control of the trigeminal nerve. These muscles contract in response to loud sounds, thereby reducing the transmission of sound to the inner ear. This is called the acoustic reflex or Tympanic reflex. A lack of minerals could cause the muscles which control sounds in the ears to malfunction.

Suggestions for people suffering from tinnitus are:

1. Avoid loud noises.
2. Use white noise generators.
3. Use ear plugs while swimming and taking a shower.
4. Stop eating sugars, wheat and dairy.

If tinnitus is caused by bone loss, ShopFreeMart PureMag, D-Cal and Vitalize may help to recalcify the bones. I also recommend that you eat raw Silverbeet or Chard in the case of tinnitus.

Ordinarily, when sound waves in air strike liquid, most of the energy is reflected off the surface of the liquid. The middle ear allows the impedance matching of sound traveling in air to acoustic waves traveling in a system of fluids and membranes in the inner ear. Sodium is the mineral that regulates the fluids in the body and lack of sodium could be the cause of tinnitus. In this case, you may need to increase your intake of natural salt.

Note: I used to have ringing in my ears, but I no longer have that problem.

Time

A young man learns what’s most important in life from the guy next door.

It had been some time since Jack had seen the old man. College, girls, career, and life itself got in the way. In fact, Jack moved clear across the country in pursuit of his dreams. There, in the rush of his busy life, Jack had little time to think about the past and often no time to spend with his wife and son. He was working on his future, and nothing could stop him.

Over the phone, his mother told him, “Mr. Belser died last night. The funeral is Wednesday.” Memories flashed through his mind like an old newsreel as he sat quietly remembering his childhood days.

“Jack, did you hear me?” “Oh, sorry Mom; yes, I heard you. It’s been so long since I thought of him. I’m sorry, but I honestly thought he died years ago,” Jack said.

“Well, he didn’t forget you. Every time I saw him he’d ask how you were doing. He’d reminisce about the many days you spent over ‘his side of the fence’ as he put it” Mom told him. “I loved that old house he lived in,” Jack said.

“You know Jack, after your father died, Mr. Belser stepped in to make sure you had a man’s influence in your life,” she said.

“He’s the one who taught me carpentry. I wouldn’t be in this business if it weren’t for him. He spent a lot of time teaching me things he thought were important. Mom, I’ll be there for the funeral” Jack said.

As busy as he was, he kept his word. Jack caught the next flight to his hometown. Mr. Belser’s funeral was small and uneventful. He had no children of his own, and most of his relatives had passed away.

Jack and his Mom stopped by to see the old house next door one more time the night before he had to return home. Standing in the doorway, Jack paused for a moment. It was like crossing over into another dimension, a leap through space and time. The house was exactly as he remembered it. Every step held memories; every picture, every piece of furniture. Jack stopped suddenly.

“What’s wrong, Jack?” his Mom asked. “The box is gone,” he said. “What box?” Mom asked. “There was a small gold box that he kept locked on top of his desk. I must have asked him a thousand times what was inside. All he’d ever tell me was “the thing I value most” Jack said.

It was gone. Everything about the house was exactly how Jack remembered it, except for the box. He figured someone from the Belser family had taken it. “Now I’ll never know what was so valuable to him,” Jack said. “Mom, I better get some sleep. I have an early flight home.”

It had been about two weeks since Mr. Belser died. Returning home from work one day Jack discovered a note in his mailbox. “Signature required on a package. No one at home. Please stop by the main post office within the next three days,” the note read.

Early the next day Jack retrieved the package. The small box was old and looked like it had been mailed a hundred years ago. The handwriting was difficult to read, but the return address caught his attention. “Mr. Harold Belser” it read.

Jack took the box out to his car and ripped open the package. There inside was the gold box and an envelope. Jack’s hands trembled as he read the note inside. “Upon my death, please forward this box and its contents to Jack Bennett. It’s the thing I valued most in my life.” A small key was taped to the letter. His heart racing, as tears filled his eyes, Jack carefully unlocked the box. There inside he found a beautiful gold pocket watch.

Running his fingers slowly over the finely etched casing, he unlatched the cover. Inside he found these words engraved: “Jack, Thanks for your time! – Harold Belser.”

“The thing he valued most was my time!”

Jack held the watch for a few minutes, then called his office and cleared his appointments for the next two days.

“Why?” Janet, his assistant asked. “I need some time to spend with my son,” he said.

“Oh, by the way Janet thanks for your time!”

“Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take but by the moments that take our breath away!”

Think about this. You may not realize it, but it’s 100% true.

1. At least 2 people in this world love you so much they would die for you.

2. At least 15 people in this world love you in some way.

3. A smile from you can bring happiness to anyone, even if they don’t like you.

4. Every night, SOMEONE thinks about you before they go to sleep.

5. You mean the world to someone.

6. If not for you, someone may not be living.

7. You are special and unique.

8. When you think you have no chance of getting what you want, you probably won’t get it, but if you trust God to do what’s best, and wait on His time, sooner or later, you will get it or something better.

9. When you make the biggest mistake ever, something good can still come from it.

10. When you think the world has turned its back on you, take a look: you most likely turned your back on the world.

11. Someone that you don’t even know exists loves you.

12. Always remember the compliments you received. Forget about the rude remarks.

13. Always tell someone how you feel about them; you will feel much better when they know and you’ll both be happy for doing it.

14. If you have a great friend, take the time to let them know that they are great.

To everyone who reads this…

“Thank you for your time.”

Tick Removal

This is some good information since most of us encounter ticks now and then and especially in summer weather.

The following was written by a School Nurse:

I had a pediatrician tell me what she believes is the best way to remove a tick. This is great, because it works in those places where it’s sometimes difficult to get to with tweezers: between toes, in the middle of a head full of dark hair, etc.

Apply a glob of liquid soap to a cotton ball. Cover the tick with the soap-soaked cotton ball and let it stay on the repulsive insect for 15-20 seconds, after which the tick will come out on its own and be stuck to the cotton ball when you lift it away. This technique has worked every time I’ve used it (and that was frequently), and it’s much less traumatic for the patient and easier for me. Unless someone is allergic to soap, I can’t see that this would be damaging in any way.

I even had my doctor’s wife call me for advice because she had one stuck to her back and she couldn’t reach it with tweezers. She used this method and immediately called me back to say, ‘It worked!’

Thyroid

The main hormone produced by the thyroid gland is thyroxine, which increases metabolism and regulates growth and development.

There are a number of different thyroid conditions that can affect the normal functions of the thyroid gland. For example, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, Hashimoto’s, thyroiditis, goiters, Grave’s disease, and cancer.

An under active thyroid, or hypothyroidism can be caused by a deficiency of iodine in the diet or by Hashimoto’s disease, which is an autoimmune condition that causes the immune system to attack the thyroid gland. Some experts believe that Hashimoto’s may also be caused by a lack of iodine as some cases of Hashimoto’s has successfully been treated with iodine.

Hypothyroidism is a major cause of all disease. Even though blood tests may indicate that the thyroid is normal, eighty percent of Americans suffer from an underactive thyroid.

Symptoms include fatigue, increased sensitivity to cold, course hair and hair loss, swollen face, swollen eyes, swollen tongue, swollen legs, weight gain, goiter, irregular or heavy menses, fatigue, depression, memory loss, brain fog, slowed thinking and mental activity, hoarseness, muscle weakness, muscle aching and cramping, poor appetite, dry and rough skin, eczema, candida, diabetes, constipation, arthritis and cancer.

Hyperthyroidism or overactive thyroid can be caused by a condition known as Graves’ disease, inflammation of the thyroid gland (known as thyroiditis), or by tumors that also secrete thyroid hormones.

Cysts in the thyroid gland can also cause lumps or nodules. A small number of thyroid nodules are the result of thyroid cancer, however most thyroid nodules do not cause symptoms, and most do not produce thyroid hormone.

Someone with hyperthyroidism has to be careful about taking iodine because iodine tends to increase the production of thyroxine. I have read reports where people have recovered from Graves’ disease by taking very small doses of elemental or nascent iodine and gradually increasing over time, but I can’t recommend it because there could be some risk involved and I could be held liable if something happened.

Symptoms of hyperthyroidism include nervousness, tremor, agitation, irritability, poor concentration, reduced menstrual blood flow in women, racing heartbeat or palpitations, heat intolerance, changes in bowel habits, such as more frequent bowel movements, enlargement of the thyroid gland, thinning of skin, brittle hair, increase in appetite, feeling hungry and excessive sweating.

The two most important minerals needed to keep the thyroid healthy and functioning properly are copper and iodine. ShopFreeMart has perhaps the finest copper and iodine (PureCopper & PureDine) products on the market and their prices are hard to beat, due to their purity and concentration.

Potassium iodide is the typical type of iodine given to treat iodine deficiencies. This is not the proper isoform of iodine and must be converted to iodine by sodium/iodide symporters in the body and most people are not capable of converting enough iodide to iodine to supply the body’s needs. Furthermore, ingesting more potassium iodide than the body can convert to iodine can cause iodine toxicity.

ShopFreeMart PureDine is pure elemental iodine; the isoform of iodine that the body needs and recognizes. It does not need to be converted to another form in order to be utilized. And, not only does your thyroid need a daily supply of iodine, but every cell of your body has iodine receptors and they require iodine for proper cell metabolism.

Home Test:

Take temperature under the arm for 10 minutes while still in bed in morning. If below 98.4 then think about the thyroid.

Thoughts

I hold it true that thoughts are things
They’re endowed with bodies, breath and wings
And that we send them forth to fill
The world with good results, or ill
That which we call our secret thought
Speeds forth to earth’s remotest spot
Leaving its blessings or its woes
Like tracks behind it as it goes.
We build our future thought by thought
For good or ill, yet know it not
Yet, so the universe was wrought
Thought is another name for fate
Choose, then, thy destiny and wait
For love brings love and hate brings hate

~ Henry Van Dyke

I Believe… That it isn’t always enough, to be forgiven by others; sometimes you have to learn to forgive yourself.

I Believe… That no matter how good a friend is, they’re going to hurt you every once in a while and you must learn to forgive them too.

I Believe… That two people can look at the exact same thing and see something totally different.

I Believe… That just because two people argue, it doesn’t mean they don’t love each other.

I Believe… That no matter how badly your heart is broken, it is still possible to forgive and make up.

I Believe… That true friendship continues to grow, even over the longest distance.

I Believe… That you don’t have to change friends, if you understand that you can change yourself.

I believe… That the people you love the most will sometimes hurt you the most.

I Believe… That your life can be changed forever by how you react to that hurt.

I Believe…. That sometimes when you’re angry you have the right to be angry, but that you should not choose to be angry, but instead show kindness and forgiveness.

I Believe… That maturity has more to do with how you react to experiences you’ve had and what you’ve learned from them and less with how many birthdays you’ve celebrated.

I Believe… That your background and circumstances may have influenced who you are; you are however responsible for what you have become and also for what you do, no matter how you feel.

I Believe…. That what you think of yourself doesn’t make you a decent human being.

I Believe… That either you control your attitude or it controls you.

I believe… That happiness is not found in trying to control others, but in learning to control oneself.

I Believe… That you shouldn’t be so eager to find fault in another; you will see more clearly and be more forgiving as you achieve perfection yourself.

I Believe… That no matter how much you believe that another person is to blame, if you look closely enough, you can always find some faults in yourself.

I Believe… That no matter how minuscule you believe your sins to be, that you are still not worthy to throw the first stone.

I Believe… That even when you have achieved perfection, you shouldn’t throw stones at others.

I Believe… That you can do something in an instant that will give you heartache for the rest of your life.

I Believe… That the people you care about most in life are taken from you too soon.

I Believe… That you should always leave loved ones with kind words. It may be the last time you see them.
